अर्थ
लोकतंत्र का अर्थ है “जनता का शासन”। इसमें सरकार का चुनाव जनता द्वारा स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनावों के माध्यम से किया जाता है।
लोकतंत्र की प्रमुख विशेषताएँ:
- जनता अपने प्रतिनिधियों का चुनाव करती है।
